Saturday banquet dinner
Dinner/drinks on Saturday will once again be at the Mt Anthony Country Club. The banquet room includes a cash bar; if you plan to drink, please walk! Dinner will be served at about 7:30 and will be a fixed-price buffet.
Buffet menu:
Plated house green salad with signature Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette
Warm rolls with Vermont butter
Chicken Cordon Bleu Vermont ham and Gruyere cheese stuffed chicken breast finished with a light cream sauce
Spinach and Cheese Raviolis With wild mushrooms, prosciutto, light broth, and freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano
Cookies and Coffee Fresh baked cookies and coffee/tea station.
If you are a vegetarian, you will be able to order from a selection of vegetarian entrees off Mt Anthony’s regular menu -- but please email to let us know you’re coming, so we can give the country club advance notice.
Please preregister for the dinner! Click on the payment link below in order to pay through PayPal (which accepts credit cards; cost is $32.50, which includes all tax, tips, and processing fees). Reservations will close on Saturday, May 25. And if you’re a vegetarian, email us at the address above. Please spread the word to your friends who are planning to come but may not check this website that they MUST preregister for the dinner!

Please note that this is a different Paypal link than the one for the Friday BBQ. The two dinners are handled by different people so need to be paid separately.
We regret that we cannot offer refunds if you end up having to cancel.
Names of preregistered attendees will be printed out; when you get to the country club for dinner, please check in. We will be using nightclub-style bracelets to indicate who has preregistered, so we’ll give you your bracelet when you check in. You must have a bracelet to eat!
Friday BBQ dinner
This years BBQ will be held at the Paradise Inn, side parking lot. We have arranged for a mobile pig roast & bbq to set up on site.
$28/person includes:
Full Pig, 1/4 chickens, Smoked whole sausage with grilled peppers/onions, Baked beans, Coleslaw, Corn on the cob, Rolls, Iced tea/cups, 2 homemade BBQ sauces, Paper plates/napkins, Utensils. Everything is set on 60 people. Some items may be cut back if we have low registration numbers.
This is PREPAY ONLY. Last day to pay will be Saturday, May 18th (note, this is two weeks before the BTB), when we have to give a final count. Since the vendor is traveling and setting up, there will not be an option to just show up and pay there. All food will be purchased in advance so the final count is just that, FINAL.
Alan will issue wrist bands to all who paid. You will be able to find him at the Paradise on Thursday and Friday.
