Saturday banquet dinner
Dinner/drinks on Saturday will once again be at the Mt Anthony Country Club. The banquet room includes a cash bar; if you plan to drink, please walk! Dinner will be served at about 7:30 and will be a fixed-price buffet.
 
Buffet menu:
Plated house green salad with signature Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette or Ranch
 
Warm rolls with Vermont Cabot whipped butter
 
Roasted sirloin au jus with horseradish cream sauce Roasted herb encrusted sirloin served in its own au jus with horseradish cream sauce. (Please note that this will be set up at a carving station, with one visit per person.)
Mediterranean Chicken Chicken breast sauteed and then simmered in white wine with capers, mushrooms, tomatoes, lemon, and garlic.
 
Cookies and Coffee Fresh baked cookies and coffee/tea station.
 
We do not have a vegetarian option this year because when we offered it last year, only one person ordered it. If you are a vegetarian, you will be able to order a vegetarian meal a la carte -- but please email btb@armchaircommando.org to let us know you’re coming, so we can give the country club advance notice.
 
Please preregister for the dinner if you’re having the regular meal! Click on the payment button below in order to pay through PayPal (which accepts credit cards; cost is $32.50, which includes all tax, tips, and processing fees). Reservations will close on Saturday, May 26. And if you’re a vegetarian, email us at the address above. Please spread the word to your friends who are planning to come but may not check this website that they MUST preregister for the dinner!

Names of preregistered attendees will be printed out; when you get to the country club for dinner, please check in. We will be using nightclub-style bracelets to indicate who has preregistered, so we’ll give you your bracelet when you check in. You must have a bracelet to eat!
Friday BBQ dinner
This years BBQ will be held at the Paradise Inn, side parking lot. We have arranged for a mobile pig roast & bbq to set up on site.
 
$26/person includes:
70-100 lb Pig, half chickens for all, corn on the cob, fresh coleslaw, homemade baked beans, green salad, roasted seasoned potato dish, iced tea, condiments and homemade BBQ sauces.
 
This is PREPAY ONLY. Last day to pay will be Saturday, May 26th, when we have to give a final count. Since the vendor is traveling and setting up, there will not be an option to just show up and pay there. All food will be purchased in advance so the final count is just that, FINAL.
 
Alan will issue wrist bands to all who paid. You will be able to find him at the Paradise on Thursday and Friday.
