Saturday banquet dinner
We’re also still working on the Saturday dinner, but expect it to be similar to last year’s; info below.
Dinner/drinks on Saturday will be at the Mt Anthony Country Club. The banquet room includes a cash bar; if you plan to drink, please walk! Dinner will be served at about 7:30 and will be a fixed-price buffet.
Buffet menu:
House green salad with signature Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette or Ranch
Warm rolls with Vermont Cabot whipped butter
Roasted sirloin au jus with horseradish cream sauce Roasted herb encrusted sirloin served in its own au jus with horseradish cream sauce. (Please note that this will be set up at a carving station, with one visit per person.)
Chicken Cacciatore Tender pieces of chicken, braised in white wine with red bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes.
We will also have an a la carte vegetarian option (please select the appropriate order button below so the Mt Anthony Country Club knows how many vegetarian meals to prepare):
Wild mushroom ravioli in a sage cream sauce
Cookies and Coffee Fresh baked cookies and coffee/tea station.
Please preregister for the dinner! Click on the payment button below in order to pay through PayPal (which accepts credit cards; cost is $32.50, which includes all tax, tips, and processing fees). Reservations will close on Friday, May 26. Please spread the word to your friends who are planning to come but may not check this website that they MUST preregister for the dinner!

We regret that we cannot offer refunds if you end up having to cancel.
Names of preregistered attendees will be printed out; when you get to the country club for dinner, please check in. We will be using nightclub-style bracelets to indicate who has preregistered, so we’ll give you your bracelet when you check in. You must have a bracelet to eat!
Friday BBQ dinner
Last year’s pig roast worked out so well that we’re probably going to do it again. More info to come, but here’s the information from last year.
The BBQ will be held at the Paradise Inn, side parking lot. We have arranged for a mobile pig roast/BBQ to set up on site.
$21/person includes: Pig, half chickens (for non pig people), corn on the cob, fresh coleslaw, homemade baked beans, green salad, pasta salad, rolls, condiments, and homemade BBQ sauces.
This is PREPAY ONLY. Last day to pay will be Saturday, May 27, when we have to give a final count. Since the BBQ vendor is traveling and setting up, there will not be an option to just show up and pay there. All food will be purchased in advance so the final count is just that, FINAL.
Alan will issue wrist bands to all who paid. You will be able to find him at the Paradise on Thursday and Friday.
