Saturday BTB dinner, June 2

Postby mark » Wed Apr 04, 2012 3:40 pm

Hey everyone.

I've been in touch with the folks over at Bennington Station, where we will once again be having the Saturday dinner/door prizes/raffle. Dinner will once again be a fixed-price buffet; there will also be a separate cash bar.

Buffet menu:
House Salad
Baked Penne Marinara
Potato or Rice
Seasonal Vegetable
Roast Vermont Tom Turkey & Herb Dressing with Savory Pan Gravy
Baked Fresh Buttermilk Atlantic Cod Fillet
Dinner Rolls & Coffee
Chef’s Dessert Confection

The difference this year is we need everyone to preregister for the dinner!

Go to the Dinner page on this site and click on the payment button in order to pay through PayPal (which accepts credit cards; cost is $26, which includes all tax, tips, and processing fees). Reservations will close on Wednesday, May 30.

If you would prefer to send a check, there's an email link on that same page to get in touch with us.

Unfortunately we can't offer refunds if you end up having to cancel. Sorry about that!

Names of preregistered attendees will be printed out; when you get to the Bennington Station for dinner, please check in. We will be using nightclub-style bracelets to indicate who has preregistered, so we’ll give you your bracelet when you check in. You must have a bracelet to eat!

Please pass this info on to anyone you know who may be coming. We're not going to be able to accommodate many walk-ins -- the whole point of this preregistration system is so the restaurant can prepare for the right number of people. This is important in order to avoid problems!

Thanks!

Registered via Paypal. My only worry is my name won't be on the list, LOL, but I'm paranoid that way.

No need to worry, I get the records of all the transactions and will be putting together the final list a day or two before heading down to Bennington.

Pre-paid... glad you did this... last year I was thinking there had to be a better way than passing a helmet to make up the difference!
