Sounds good Jimmy, the better the plan the better the time. Talked to one of the Salesman at the Triumph dealership in Hartford and told him about the BTB and the great time everyone had last year. He's totaly psyched for next year. Even put several flyers around the shop after I sent him the link. Betting this thing is gonna grow by at least half if not double for 09. Wondering if Greenwood lodge and Campgrounds will actually be large enough; if that turns out to be the prefered camping location. I'm planning on being there thur. but will go sooner if I'm needed to do anything before the Bash starts. Let me know what you guys are thinking cause I'm all in on this one.

I am so looking forward to this year, I do hope we can attract more riders for this Bash.
I'm looking forward to it being bigger and better then last year.
I have been thinking about getting up there a day earlier on Thursday.
I still don't know if I will be camping or going for the warm comfy bed?
It is going to be a long winter.

The plan for us is going to be up there Wensday to get the logistics of the camping thing down camp set up and figuring the layout of the land Recon for those so inclined. I missed the BBQ run last year but you can bet your ass I will not this year. I plan on having Soda and Beer on ice for the members rolling in Thurs and some grub cooked up after the rides in . Bill you know your welcome anywhere I am at and if you want a warm comfy bed I understand I am doing it for the cost savings and the Parties after the ride. I got alittle worried about the Patio lounge last year cause I didn't want to bother the people in the rooms next to us. Hell we stole all of the chairs from most of the rooms down the hall. Bill and any of you if you want to camp but not haul your gear I will haul it in the trucks for ya if you ship it to me then I will send it home after we get back as far as that goes any of our crew that wants that option when it gets closer email me.

Then Wed. it is! I'll get up there early and be ready for the setup work for Thurs. I'll be pulling the trigger on a set of saddlebags today so I think I'll be good to go with the gear and having your truck there should make the rest easy. I like the idea of having something ready for folks as they come in. I figure the meet and greet is most likely to be at the campground regardless of where anyone is staying. Next week I'll call the New Haven Triumph dealership and have them put up a flyer.
Oh yeah, pass the napkins, I'm not missing the BBQ run this time either.

BTB09 is coming together!

In all honesty Curtis's BBQ was not that great I have had way better.
I had the ribs and I thought they sucked.
But, it was cool to meet every one there it was our first stop when we got up there.
Maybe I will try the chicken this time.

Bill screw that you will have to come on down to the campsite Bar & Grill and get you a cold Coke and some grub . Man this year is going to be twice as big as last year all the fuckers that didn't want to go cause they thought it was going to be a wash will be chomping at the bit just like we are. I am looking forward to this year I looked at the photos and shit I only meet about half the people there last year . The one person I am not going to take no from this year is Ms Paula even if we have to kidnapp her .

The BBQ run is going to be to a different place this time. I forget the name off the top of my head, but Tito's got the place picked already -- apparently their BBQ is way better than Curtis' (and Bill, don't bother with the chicken at Curtis', it's dry as a bone). As usual, we'll figure out a nice route for the ride.

And Jimmy, for the record, I'm probably going to plan to ride down on Thursday and camp out with you guys Thursday night and probably Friday night, depending on what we come up with for the Friday night events.

I have to agree with Mark. I tossed about half of my chicken because it was so dry.
