its not just fucking up your head, you left your wallet home when we went on the MeMe Breakfast run last Saturday too. I think you better get that checked out. Pretty messed up dude.

Its not beging, it reciprocity. And I think tito and Mark, or their appointed ambassadors should make an apperance at the 9th MeMe event.

MEME

Hank!

I have a wedding to go to that Saturday for a close friend of mine. I really wanted to go to Mid Ohio, I also wanted to go to MEME. But wedding cake it is.

Mark is busy that weekend, perhaps someone from our RAT Pack might show up!

Hank no it was worse, it was the medicine treating the strep that was fucking me up. I love the fact that your MEME's most vocal ambassador. I just love watching you tweak. The wallet thing happens far too frequent when I bounce between the bike and the truck. Thank god I'm married and no longer have to carry condoms in it.

Hank I would love to be there but I have to pick my battles this year . Its like 11hrs and close to 600 miles if I already had a tiger I might do it but on a bonnie I wouldn't be able to do anything after I got there. With the price of diesel at 4.80 a gallon I wouldn't even think of the truck hell Bennington cost me 200 just in fuel so I am sorry maybe next year.

The ambassador things nothing new. I've been doing that for MeMe since mid 2001. I mean someone has to do it. right?

This year is the 9th annual. Next year will be the 10th!

for those of you wanting to join please read this.

Hi folks,
I hate to sound like a broken record but you need to make your
reservations now. There are about 24 rooms left and the hold date is the 25th
of this month. Obviously, Sunday River wants to sell rooms so they want
to know if these rooms will be available. I told them I'm sure we will
sell out again. Please call sooner than later. The print off form that
you can fax to them is here.

http://www.sundayriver.com/pdfs/Western ... Meet08.pdf

Print this off, fill it in and fax or mail it to Sunday River asap
please. You can email it to them but they don't recommend it as email isn't
secure. USPS and fax should be. If you still don't want to put down
your card number just attach a note saying "call for credit card
information" and a number where they can reach you.
I think this will save time on the phone for everyone.
Hope to see everyone again this year.
Thanks,
Mike

I hope to see as many of the BTB gang there as possible.

Looks like I'll probably be able to swing up there that Saturday -- my dad's decided to visit on a different weekend. Hank, I may take you up on the offer to crash on the floor of your room.

Mark,
thats great! If any of you folks want to show up to the event for one day only, like a day trip, .... to here, visit, and then ride back to your homes all on the same day, then sunday is the best day. because its the day we are all here in one location for the festivities. We'll also all be here Saturday night too. So what ever floats your boat.

Book your rooms now. And don't forget to call ahead for the saturday night supper, its not automatic, you have to place a reservation for the meal as well as your room. Just tell them when you book your room.
Well done is always better than well said.

ROOM UPDATE

Postby b_mason » Tue Jul 01, 2008 12:11 pm

For those still on the fence here is an update on the rooms.

Hey Mike,

Just wanted to let you know that we dropped your block today. Everyone can still call in and get the group rate but we cannot guarantee availability. We have plenty of 1 bedrooms and studio's available but we are getting short on standard hotel rooms. I just wanted to keep you posted. I've attached who has already reserved a room. We still have plenty of time before your event and hopefully we will have some late comers

Thanks,

If anyone has been dragging their feet, better hop to it. Also, even if you are not staying at the mountain, you need reservations for the dinner.
Thanks again
Mike
