Very nice! I like the saddle. Who makes it? I have been thinking about getting a solo saddle for my old BMW.

operator's seat is the better one ($240-ish) from Royal Enfield made by Le Pera in LA...it's nice but I'd like a flatter one like the old Indians used.

springs under the spine is extra nice.

Rick - what's the deal on the rear seat? It looks awesome but correct me if I'm wrong - isn't the passanger sitting on bare metal?
BTW - your bike looks great! :-)

seat frame is steel, but the "pan" part is old conveyor belt rubber so the tail bone gets caressed not hammered. there's a garden kneeling pad high density foam that goes on and I have to make a cover...I may do it in sheepskin and make another to match for the operator...or find a leather guy to cover it for me. the springs help gobs...but this ain't no charity bike...she can ride now and then but I don't want her moving her wardrobe in.

it also makes a surprisingly good rack as is...has a nice backrest in a minimalist of form sort of way...and you may see the 4 brass bungie spools...also the roomy under her seat is where I stash my huge tool kit.

Sears pose #47 was good.

First Day out of storage. Snow, Mud, Rain nor Sleat or the dead of will stop me.

The ole Sprint went through about 12" of snow to get to this point.
