It's snowing like a Motherfucker here in Stamford today! I woke up at 7am and there was already 5" of snow on the balcony. I called the CFO and she said she told her assistant to stay home, she is staying home, the analyst is staying home and the boss & the senior trader are stuck in Miami! I guess I'll stay home ans spend the day with my favorite people! :-) How's it doing up your way Billy?

Jimmy - I am glad your feeling better. I hate being sick. The only one who hates it more than me is my wife because she has to put up with my sick baby ass shit! Yup it is 11:55am and still snowing hard. There is about a good 8" of snow on the balcony but the streets are getting cleared pretty good. Not to many cars out fooling around.

As far as work - I have a Cisco Router here in my home office that tunnels directly into my office in Greenwich so My home network and my work network are the same network so i can virtually do anything I need to do at work right here at home unless it involves physically re-booting something, even then I have commands that can reboot shit automatically. The bottom line is whether it is a snowy day, rainy day or sunny day I'm still hanging with my favorite people - Triumph Riders! :-)

Great day for cross country skiing yesterday, I am sore today. But it makes winter go by quicker.

Gotta get in shape for the BASH!

Congrats. It's always that way with new hardware with us,because we have to earn it, huh.How will this 100lb.Anvil help you on the job , will it make it easier pounding shoes ? Or for something else different. I have to ask, so I can further my Blacksmithing education. Speed. P.S. Is winter over yet? Global warming my ass !

It is designed to make it easier to make shoes with a fatter round horn and short tappered heel makes it real easy and fast to round your shoes. I had to have it so pretty and new and smaller in size then most 100lb anvils. I swing on a 160 right now and it is long and harder to get around when in a hurry. To test to the next level I have to be able to make four shoes and have them on the horse in 1 hour so every second counts.
