Ben & Jerry's ANYTHING is a good substitute for illicit drugs. One can't get sent to jail for possession of dark chocolate.
I remember the first few years of my sobriety....the "meeting after the meeting" at Friendly's, an ice cream sundae a day....then all the anniversary cakes. It's a wonder I never needed to add OA to my protocol-- they don't celebrate anniversaries with cake.

My all time favorite was WAVY GRAVY but they as with all the great flavors discontinued it. I so like DUBLIN MUDSLIDE!
