I prefer to think of them like women's breast's or manhattans...two is not enough and three is too many! :naughty: Then again that's why they make different models...we all can't be the same. I'll keep up just fine on my Scrambler boys, don't worry.

not if you were a patron of the Town & Country Tavern in Attica. The owner passed his unique version on down to each son who owned the place and it became ingrained in our hearts and minds. Chester loved his manhattans...he liked one, adored two and wanted three but on certain occasions ventured in to that territory. That is propably how he came up with his version. I am familiar with the original quote but being from here it is immaterial!

I made reservations at the Paradise a couple weeks ago, just before I went in for surgery on my left (clutch hand) ulnar nerve. The surgery was far more impactful on my left hand function than I'd anticipated, for sure. It's been only 7 days but it's just as uncomfortable and painful as the day it was done. The only reason I feel a little better now is because I'd rather feel a little pain than spend time in la-la-land with the oxycodone they prescribed. I took one while still in the post-op Propol stupor and I never want to be that zombie again.

They said "six to eight weeks" before I can use my arm as before, and the Bash is exactly 8 weeks from date of cutting. Keeping my (right hand) fingers crossed. :teehee:

give that ulnar nerve a little time. now that the pressure is off, the nerve now needs time to heal. kind of like wearing a shoe that gives you a blister. take the shoe off, gets rid of the pressure, but the blister needs time to heal. also ice will help...

Well thanks for the encouragement. Compared to what you've been through this is a little paper cut and I'm a whiny wimp.

YOU rock!

Last year I was one of two Guzzis at the bash. Hoping to see more creeping Italianization this year...

If you start showing up with BMWs in tow, we're recruiting the Buell contingent...
