Hi All,
A block of rooms is now set aside for us at the Paradise Inn in Bennington for 2011.

When you CALL, please reference the "Bennington Triumph Bash 2011" to get the group rate. A credit card will hold your room, with payment due at check-in.

I got as many rooms with 2 double beds that I could so that folks could share room costs. The rooms are blocked beginning Thursday for folks who plan to arrive early. If you plan to arrive earlier than Thursday, just let them know you want the rate quoted for your room type for all nights of your stay.

I called in my resv as the web site has the dates sold out since its the Bennington College grad same weekend. But kudos (look that one up) for blocking the rooms out for us.

I second the bike wash idea...maybe a dozen unemployed coeds with large, ahem, "student loans"?

"Student Loans"?? So that's what they're called in NYC?

Just a Heads Up on reserving a room here.
I called today & spoke with a young lady who informed me that the hotel was "sold out" that weekend, even after identifying myself as a participant in the BTB.
After hanging up I thought maybe she wasn't clear on things, so I called again.
Well, you guessed it. She never bothered to look at the group of blocked out rooms when I called the 1st time & the BTB meant nothing to her. So, I got my room but she commented that there "weren't many left", whatever that means.
If you call, be very clear on what group you're with to avoid confusion or disapointment.
My wife Jane & I are looking forward to seeing you all & hopefully the snow will all melt before June![/b]

No it means farther and faster cause you don't have as many years left. :)

Thanks Tito. Hopefully the snow will be gone by June. Its snowing here at least 2 times a week. Never seen so much on the ground at one time. Zero melting days.
