I booked my room this year in town instead of the campground so I can walk (I hope) back from the pub at night. Looking forward to as good or better then last year. I had a blast and meet some great people. Even though I was the only Rocket riding around.

We're over the half way mark...the BTB was one of the major highlights of my 2010 riding season.

I'll be there with the same ole' spring sans the pipes. they were appearantly to loud for Maines standards. The good news is that the trip to get to bennington will go faster since the cops won't be able to hear me before they see me.

I'll be camping again this year.

NO ROOMS N BENNINGTON!!!

Postby BDKrivit » Wed Jan 19, 2011 5:29 pm

So lads, I am new to your site but was organizing my RAT for the big trip up from NNJ/NYC and discovered why I cannot get rooms in town: BENNINGTON COLLEGE GRADUATION IS THE SAME 3 DAYS!!!

Oh well...we're too old to camp and we were really hoping on coming up as a group but no rooms=no attendence for this RAT Pack...

There are lots of hotels and motels in and around town.
I think it was the first year of the bash that the college graduation was on the same
weekend and there were no problems getting rooms.
So stop your lame excuses and get the pack there.

Oh welcome to the forum.

It was a problem with the Paradise Inn website; I did book a room there but you have to call as our Bash block of rooms are saved. The Hampton Inn was sold out...

We will be there!

Glad to hear you got it figured out. I'll have to remember to update the lodging page with a reminder to people to call instead of trying to book online.
