Isn't there a thought out there about having a low key get together in the Fall???

Yep. Ed and Vicky Smith (Tiger with the single wheel trailer camping at the Bash) have on Sept. 18 weekend this year. Ask Brian-he was there last year. Stony Brook State Park in the Finger Lakes-real nice area.

We were talking about having one in the Burlington area in the fall, but I don't have time to arrange it this year. Too much other stuff going on.

So maybe next year.

Sorry to hear that Mark. Why don't you just give us all your home address, and what time dinner starts? :-)

I Too Love Vermont!

Postby davidc » Thu Aug 05, 2010 10:25 pm

Last Thursday a buddy and I rode to Canada, across from NY. We eventually wound up in VT and camped near Stowe. My buddy split for ME in the morning and I rode Rt. 100 all the way to Wilmington. Fan-Fucking-Tastic road it is!

I wonder... I am too much of a conservative to live in the Green Mountain state? Hmmm...if I asked the question, I probably am...:-)

Actually, Vermont is a fairly conservative state once you get out of the Burlington and Brattleboro areas. The Northeast Kingdom might be just the place for you. Great roads there too. :)

I could see myself up there, I was once for a while, up around Champlain NY. I just need to wait a few more years for Global Warming to really kick in....LOL
