pre-orders

Postby sevy » Sun Mar 28, 2010 9:18 pm

I am on vacation next week, and will get to the printer and get some costs for t-shirts. It certainly seems from all of the posts that there is interest in shirts this year, so once I get the price, I will post it and the design, so that you can see what you are ordering. Then, anyone who wants one can email me directly, and I will add your name to the tally, and email you back with a confirmation that I have your info. This way, we won't have to keep checking the forum and tie up server space to see the order info.

2010 T-shirt order

Postby sevy » Mon Apr 12, 2010 3:03 pm

The t-shirt supplier now requires a minimum of 36 shirts to do a run, and I need to determine if we have enough folks to place the order.

The cost would again be around $20 if we do the logo in white on the front and a Vermont state outline on the back with the Union Jack inside. Folks have asked for a black shirt this year, so that will be the color.

Those who are interested, please send me the sizes and numbers of shirts you need at the email below:

ssevy@roadrunner.com

Once I have a headcount, I will let you know if we made the minimum. If we do reach critical mass, I'll have them do the artwork and post it here for you to see.

Last year, I paid the bill myself, and folks just gave me cash at the rally. Will that still work for everyone?

Please get back to me asap, so we can see if this thing will fly!

Thanks,

sevy

I'll take one- XL.

Maybe pre-ordering will force me to make the whole hour trip to bennington in 2010...

Just got my order in for a couple more shirts...maybe we could get embroidered polos too...They would be fashionable and suitable for business dress

Great news - The count is up to 22, and the printer agreed to do our run even if we don't get to the 36 shirt minimum. I will need to set a cut off date, so that I will have time to get them printed, so how about Sunday May 9?

I'd be willing to bet that if you have a few extra shirts made, they'll sell out in no time. Keep in mind that the majority of BTB attendees are not regulars on this forum, so probably haven't seen this thread.
