It is great to hear from you guys.
It was getting very lonely around here for awhile.
I will keep the bike ready to go all year just in case of one of those nice indian summer days.
Lets just hope we have a real fast winter.

Hey Billy! Yes, keep that bike oiled up for those balmy days when it is above 32 degrees!

BALMY

Postby TonUp » Tue Nov 17, 2009 7:35 am

Another balmy 23F morning here in VT and riding to work as long as there is no snow on the road. I hope I can ride up until Turkey Day!

Cheers!

Don't worry, Tito, there's no snow in the 10-day forecast, so we should be able to ride for a while yet.

I'll probably be riding down to DC to visit the parents for Thanksgiving. Just can't stand the thought of sitting in the cage for that long.

Man you guys up there in the mountains are tough!
23 is a bit to cold for me even with the electric vest and gloves.
I like to keep it at least above the 32 deg. mark.

You make sure she doesn't freeze any parts off.

I had to break out my overpants today. It must have been almost 45 degrees this morning when I rode in. High of sixty. I will be hot riding home.

Hey guys, Haven't logged in over here in a while. Glad to hear everyone is getting pumped up for the 2010 bash!! Touko, sounds like you might have found a better spot to stay for next year? Camping last year was fun, but a little cold and wet. Hopefully next year will bring better weather.

After mostly rainy weekends in Sept and Oct, we have had a few beautiful weekends this November here in CT. Two sundays ago, I rode out to the Vanilla Bean with Seth and the Rockers. Saw Dr. Lapo there and a few other folks. It must have been 70 degrees. Last Sunday was nice too, but alas, I only could squeeze in a short ride. Today is nice and sunny but only going to be in the mid fifties. Still, I may get out for a quick blast.

Saw Uncle Charlie a few weeks ago at his houseboat in Norwalk. He is doing well as always.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to the 2010 bash and seeing everyone again.

Take Care
