Just made it home safe and sound. Very, very wet though. It started raining south of Rutland and didn't stop. My jacket weighs about 30 pounds because it's so waterlogged.
Thanks to everyone for coming!

Excellent time this weekend. I rolled in 2 hours ago with 999.4 miles ridden since last Thursday. Now that's what Triumph riders do. Left B'town at 7am this morning and since I've ridden a ton in the rain and wind no problems with gear or getting wet. Experience has taught well.. Chris, Jim, Rob and Rich are great guys to travel with and we can haul the mail to and fro.
Can't say THANK YOU enough to our organizer/planners and all who made this event so much fun and also to Scott and Seth for the awesome tee shirts...way cool...I want my balcony suite again for next year at the Paradise.

Excellent time yet again, thanks to Tito,Mark,Robin, and Paul for Yet another great year. I will be back in 2011. I left at 6:30am and watched the iPhone weather maps and basically thought it was the best time to leave as it just started to rain. It took me 3 hours to get back to Connecticut and found the most rain was in VT and Columbia and Dutchess county NY. Connecticut has been no rain to speak of but we have tornado watches up state wide and the wind is kicking up, glad I chose to leave when I did. Anyway hope everyone has a safe ride to their destination.

Got home safe and sound about 12:30, none too worse for wear and utterly full of happiness from the Bash. It was so terrific to see and ride with everyone, and I'm gonna groove on the good karma from the VT mountains and rolling vistas for quite some time.
So much thanks to Tito, Robin and Mark for making the Bash happen so seamlessly. All of your hard work brought us all such a great time.
Thanks Sevy, for having that extra small t-shirt left over!
Sweet Bonnie Marie is resting after a nice bath, and I've already started whispering into her engine with promises of next year.
Peace!

teh boys and I left at 7:30 and got home around 10:30
cold and wet
it rained from Bennington to Springfield MA then much lighter from there to home
My "high and dry" jacket soaked through by the time we passed the campground
the NIKWAX leather waterproofing did not work on the boy's jackets

Ttio thanks for putitng up with us

God, no kidding. I'm already dealing with a malfunctioning email server and looking at a very long, busy week at work. I need to come into a lot of money so I can spend my time riding around the country like Kevin.

Left at 10 am & got home at 6:45. 1130 miles since Friday. Not too bad. Had 100 miles of down pours on the way out of Bennington, then it cleared.
Had a blast as always.
Special kudos to John, Tito, Mark, Paul & Robin for taking the time each year to get the ball rolling & making everything come together. Also for setting up & leading the rides . I know what a daunting task it can be to put together fresh rides & then to lead a parade all day. It takes a lot of patience but we appreciate it.
Cheers,
Alan

After 1,001 total miles later, back home again. I'm ready to turn around and head back up though.
Great job by the "brain trust" again. The only problem is that the event seems to go by so quickly. Looking forwards to BTB IV. (I like the Roman numerals. Sort of like the Super Bowl, only more important!)
