Censorship on Triumphrat.net

Postby bruce19 » Fri Apr 04, 2008 1:48 pm

What is it with that site? People, including me, have either started or responded to threads discussing issues of the day and are immediately shut down. I understand not wanting personal attacks but the threads I'm talking about have been relatively mild. Why even have a "General" forum?

I no longer bother posting on TRat, after having a thread I posted asking if anyone
knew what happenend to the BA.com site got deleted. A subsequent post I made
asking what happened to my original post was also deleted. It's ironic 'cause I
found out about TRat from BA.com. I guess they don't need me!

On a positive note, see my post here: CT Tech Day, and the link to BA.com
I'm pretty sure I wont get deleted here!

Welcome Bruce to a place that you can say almost anything you fucking want and nobody cares! This is a place where adults hang out - not a bunch of politically correct sissy's!

I am so tired of the censorship of Wombat and the rest of them. Nice to have reached the mountaintop. :)

That kind of bullshit is not what it's all about.
These websites are something to do when you're off the bike,
and a means to get together.
I think most here will understand what I'm talking about.

Rules are made by people that want a perfect world as we all know there is nothing perfect in this world. Censorship is one of those rules I feel it is away for some to hide from the real world and real people . If you need to vent I have the choice to listen or not but what the fuck speak your adult mind and tell me how you really feel if I dont care for it then I will not read it . Be real or go the fuck on somewhere else were people are afraid and stuck your fuckin head in the sand and pretend that people like me and a few others here dont exist welcome to the real world ladys and gentlemen glad you have seen the light. Hey Hedge hows the foot you back on the mend?

Hey Jimmy,
Why don't you just shut the fuck up?
I'll tell you why not, 'cause this is the US of A, and you don't have to
if you don't want to. Something else, I'm getting a lotta tired of people
telling me what the fuck I can say or do. Is it me, or is this some kind
of flashback to the '60's represion, war, political unrest?

They say history repeats itself.....
I dunno, but I'm putting the pipe down now so I can get another beer!

I really dont know Uncle Charlie grab me a beer and we can talk about it. Last time I checked this is as you have stated the USA and we have that right. But you get it where most dont they are afraid to hurt someones feelings so they make those fuckin rules to keep from having to. I personally dont give a shit you either get it or ya dont. I like this forum because if ya got something to say spit it the fuck out and we can discuse it.

look at it from a different angle

"perceived" power makes people crazy. I played sax professionally for a lotta years with folks like martha & the vandellas, the "why do fools fall in love" teenagers, and a bunch more you'd recognize...and a bunch just as good or better you never will hear of...BIG egos. Insane Napoleon complex too big for their britches wanna bes.

when a "nobody" gets a chance to be a big shot they/we/I all crash...that's why there aren't that many "good" Alphas around.

I wouldn't worry too much about abuse of power or denial of civil rights...them poor suckers are stuck in a trap that will never lead anywhere but a crash...no sense in a battle of wills...no one wins them.

tell them they have a lovely family and jiggle their nuts to torment them.

If you wheelie anywhere near me on my bike, I'll pull one of my size 12's off of the
floorboards, an kick you right over. However, if I'm standing on the sidewalk with a
beer in one hand, and a diet Camel in the other, go WILD my brother!
Just let me know, so I can have the camera ready!

This is gonna be fun!

That's what Burt Reynolds said at the begining of the canoe trip.

Uncle Charlie!

Them are some big fucking feet! Ronald Macdonald called and he wants his shoes back! LOL

You wont even notice me when I wheelie! After a while it is just a common site. And then there are days you wont even see me wheelie once.

And yes we are going to have a great time! Looking forward to it.
