Heading out to Prudhoe Bay Alaska for a swim in the Artic Circle then down the entire west coast to San Antonio for some Mexican food, New Orleans, Tennessee, The Tail of the Dragon, The Blue Ridge Parkway and back home.

Oh yeah and the Rocky Mountains from Denver to British Columbia.

6 weeks and 18,000 to 20,000 miles!

So far we got Mark, Randy, Phyllis (65 year old grandma) my 18 year old son? and Me. Hope to pick up a few more, we are mostly riding Adventure Sport bikes.

I'll have to keep you posted on this one. I definitely won't be able to do the full circumnavigation of the US -- I can't take off more than 5 weeks tops -- so if I come along I'll need to split off from you guys in the Pacific Northwest and head back east while you continue south.

I am dying to ride the Dalton Highway though.

Jimmy!

Maybe you will go on one of my rides someday!

I work 3 jobs, one full time 2 part time, two kids, one cat, 4 motorcycles! Lately I have been riding a lot, not too much time for fishing or hiking.

I love to ride I try to take off every other weekend if I can. Both of my kids like the bikes too. They are both great dirt bike riders.

Damn, that's what I call a ride.

One question - are you still going if it rains?

Nice to hear from you! It is going to be quite an ADVENTURE, Yes we do ride in the rain. As long as the sun comes out every now and then. Packing 2 sets of rain gear plus waterproof riding gear. ( Mostly waterproof)

Take care!

Yeah, 2011 is great for me. By that time my car and other debts will be paid off so I'll have a lot more money to play with.

DITTO!

Plus if I need surgery this fall I will have plenty of time to get in shape. More time to save extra cash, more time to plan the ride.
