Riding memories

Postby chuckyj95 » Mon Apr 24, 2023 4:28 pm

I was digging through stuff today and found a old post on here. My father and I road out in 2013 and had a great weekend riding and meeting people.

Well time got a way from us and we never made it back to another bash I had kids and life happened. He ended up totaled his bike a few years after and he grew ill. My father passed a few weeks ago and I am very grateful we had the Bash for weekend. Our relationship wasn't always the best as does happen with fathers and sons sometimes. But that weekend was a lot of fun together.

I am not sure who remembers us. I had a 08 speedmaster and he had a 03 america. We were hard to miss lol wasn't many bike like ours there

I am hoping to get out to the bash next year for a day trip as I am 1 year after cancer treatments and not sure if I am ready for a long haul yet.

I wish every one the best and safe travels.

Sorry to hear about the passing of your father & your health issues. Hopefully you can make it back to the bash. the forum doesn't see much activity during the year, but we still have a pretty good turn out as everyone just knows it happens the weekend after Memorial Day.

Be well,
