Sorry everyone that we've been slacking on posting information. The 2023 BTB is happening the usual weekend after Memorial Day (June 2-4 this year).

Alan is working on the usual block of rooms at the Paradise, and I'll update the website soon.

Breaking News! You heard it here first. Extra, Extra: Sources report The Paradise has been sold!

I Called today to make my reservation only to find out that the Paradise has been sold. According to the very nice woman reserving our room, the owner sold the outer building (Brown Cow) separately and is currently in the process of selling the rest of the hotel.

I made my reservations for June 1st through the 4th & look forward to seeing all of you again this year under new management...

WOW!! Did not see that coming. I follow the Paradise on FB and no mention.

Rooms are blocked & you can make your reservations.

I reached out to phil, the owner of the paradise. He has not yet sold the paradise. He will let me know right away if anything changes.

Sorry. I guess sensationalizing a headline is now second nature for me. So as not to cause panic, I should have softballed it in with something like, 'I couldn't get the same room because they sold parts of the Paradise and are in the process of selling the rest.'

Thanks Alan for standing it up. So, for the record, outer building with the suites (Brown Cow) have been sold separately. They are currently "in the process of selling the rest of the hotel," according to employee.

Again, sorry if that freaked anyone out. I didn't mean to cause any waves. I was just reporting the facts.

I made my reservation this morning. No problem. Nothing sensational at all. When I told her I was coming for the Triumph Bash, she even read me back the correct dates before we talked about room choices.
