Website is updated, but there's still a lot being worked out. We haven't decided yet whether to do organized dinners this year, or do what we did last fall and just order in pizzas, etc. The Itinerary and Dinner pages will get updated once plans solidify.

I had made my reservations at the Paradise on Feb 18th, a Friday. When I did, I had to take it for Thursday June 2nd through to checkout on Sunday the 5th.

It'll be worth it. I'll mostly slab it on the way up after work on that Thursday, get into town probably around 6pm and find dinner somewhere.

I had reserved a 2-double bed Premier room, perhaps I can get my son to join me. Trying like hell.

I made my reservation a few weeks ago, I don't remember the exact date. I first looked up the Paradise on the internet and tried to make the reservation online. No joy. Reservations.com or something like that said no availability at the Paradise and directed me to the other place in front of the Paradise. I then called the Paradise direct on the phone, and had no problem.

Hello All,

I'm a first time BTB attendee. I'm not sure if I will try to book a room at the Paradise or the camping option. Are there many attendees who elect to camp or will I be out there mostly solo? How far is the campground from the Paradise? I assume all organized rides will start from the Paradise motel??

I have a 2020 Rally Pro with 10,000 miles on it. I've been a BMW GS fan since 1995 but wanted a lighter and more manageable bike so I left my BMW marquis (since 1985) and went to Triumph. So far, I like the bike very much. Looking forward to meeting more Triumph enthusiast. Let me know your thoughts on the camping option vs Paradise.

Hi Don,

A bulk of the people stay at the Paradise, but there is usually a good size crowd that stays at the campground. They do have a hostel type bunk house there as well. the campground is about 10 miles outside of town.

Things are going to be laid back & left open this year since we dont have a good feel as to how many will be showing up. we do a lot of tailgating at the paradise. If the weather is nice on friday evening we will probably order a bunch of pizzas to be delivered to the paradise & sit around the pool. We do congregate at the paradise on sat morning to break up into groups for rides, or you can go out & do your own thing.

If you're thinking of staying at the paradise, be sure to call & let them know you are with the bennington bash group. the rooms I blocked have already been released to the public, so it could be sold out already.

Thanks Alan for the information. I called the Paradise but they were full. After discovering the campground is about 10 miles from the motel, I opted to get a room at the Catamount Motel which is 3/4 mile away from the Paradise. That way, if I want to join the gang to have dinner in Bennington and have a couple beers, I won't have to get on my bike, after dark, to head back to the campground. I'm looking forward to meeting you all.

Not sure when you are arriving. a bunch of us roll in on Thursday afternoon. if not hanging out in the paradise parking lot, you can find us at local places around town, all within walking distance. Harvest brewing, farm road brewing, madisons, tap house at catamount. you can find most folks at breakfast at the sunny side diner.
