Bennington Triumph Bash

This years BBQ ride will be to Top of the Hill BBQ in BRATTLEBORO, VT. We will plan on leaving the Meet & Greet from the parking lot of Bennington Station around 3:00 & riding as a group to the BBQ joint arriving there no later than 5:00. Rain or Shine.

They will be setting up a buffet similar to years past which will include - 2 meats, 3 sides & a bottle of water. this year we will have chicken, ribs, slaw, beans & corn bread.

The cost will be $19.00 cash in advance to Alan (amrehm) at the Bennington Station prior to departure. Price includes gratuity. Upon payment you will receive a wrist band. The wristband will be required to eat.

I will need to try & get a general head count by May 26, so if you are planning on attending the BBQ, please reply to this thread with your count. I do realize there are a bunch of people that do not follow this forum, so if you know of someone who isn't on here & you know they are coming, please include them in your count & let them know they will have to pay cash in advance.

Please make an attempt to pay me before we leave the bennington station. Last year I had 23 people that paid & met at the station. Once we arrived at the BBQ joint we had 54 people. I have to call in the head count in advance, so having almost double the number that I called in meant there wasn't enough food & we had to wait for them to make more.

so far there are 14 people. not enough for them to set up the buffet. I know there are more going, post up & let me know. I have to give a head count to them next wed the 27th.

I plan on going but I do not plan on riding there in the rain.
I have done more them my shear of riding in the rain.
We have always had at least 50 or more .

30 for the buffet which I"m sure we will have. I just cant call him Wed & say I have 20 people then show up friday with 50.

Even if people dont want to prepay, I just need to know if you're planning on coming.

with bonneville bills 5 & 3 more prepays that just came in we now have 22.

the prepay option is now closed. If you are going you must find me & pay me by 1:00 on Friday when I have to call with the final total.

If you haven't paid by that point you will just have to order food at the window.

last call for anyone wanting the bbq buffet. I have to give him a final count on thurs 28th.

If you dont respond by tomorrow afternoon, you will not be able to eat from the buffet. Sorry. they just wont have enough time to prep the food.
