My dad is officially a Triumph owner

We surprised him with a new Triumph America as a Christmas gift and he had no clue it was coming. One of the first things he thought of was how he'll fit in on his own bike at the bash instead of having to ride his Honda. Video below.

Hey I just found the bike and taunted him, my mom wanted to buy it as the surprise!

He loved the Thunderbird but felt it was a bit big for him (and more than he wanted to spend) to use on a daily basis. Even moving the America around the garage, he commented on how much better the center of gravity was than his old Shadow Sabre.

Perfect. I liked your Dad's comment that now he can go to Bennington and not stick out like a sore thumb.

Just the smile on his face was worth it.

Hopefully all this snow will be gone by then.

Thanks everyone!

I was just over at their house on Sunday installing a big box of accessories with him, it's been pretty awesome and he hasn't even ridden the thing yet.

Looking forward to seeing you all!
