Hey Bill,

Well i guess if you're callin me out, I should introduce myself. I did attend the BTB in 2014, some may remember the entertainment in the Paradise parking lot after the sun went down Saturday nite.
I was the unprepared one with his Thruxton on a trailer who had what seemed like everyone involved somehow trying to get my flat fixed. I can't remember many names, but thanks tons for anyone who was there! That was seriously some of the best riding (Tracy Road!!??) with some of the best people I think I will ever encounter in my life.
Looking forward to BTB 2015 and maybe we can get out sooner, being almost neighbors.

I hope you can make it up again this coming year. Keep in touch and maybe you can hook up with us for the ride up.
We usually head up Thursday morning arriving in Bennington by mid to late afternoon.

Good to see you on the electronic version of the list!

I didn't make it to the parking lot, but enjoyed the pre-party on the way into Bennington (I was on the V-Strom). Thanks to that vicarious experience, I now carry a little pump under my seat and got to know the guys over in Brattleboro who were open to setting you up with another tire/tube on a Sunday if you needed it (Vintage Steel, they have a nice shop and it looks like the do good and interesting work). Any bike trouble that ends without injuries, and especially with a bike back on the road, is good trouble.

Glad you enjoyed pre-party! If my memory serves correct, you notified me of my situation at stoplight &
helped get bike on trailer? Well, I plan on visiting those guys at vintage steel this year. Called Josh twice
on my way back home just to thank him for offering up a gesture like that. Think I'll be a lil more prepared this year!

Maybe...........

I think it's about 1/3 being prepared with stuff (spare tube, pump, slime, whatever), 1/3 being prepared with knowledge (how to change a tire, find an electrical problem, whatever), 1/3 being prepared with friends who like to help and 1/3 being prepared to deal with whatever comes without getting upset over it. That math sounds about right.

Let the guys know in Brattleboro about the Bash, they may want to go riding for a weekend or at least come hang out at the BBQ for a while.

Spad,
Checked you're math twice, first on paper and then with calculator. Same result both times
