This their reply to an email I sent yesterday. I'm going to make a reservation in the group site and at least get something going.
It's probably in our best interest if we all make a reservation, the more made should increase the chance of getting the good site.
Dear Dave,
Thanks for your email. When Seth K. told me that the Bennington Bash was the following weekend, June 6th and 7th, I gave site 9 to a group from NH. They have also been here before.
We have two other possible group site places so the Triumph riders will still be able to have a group site for tenting. If the NH group does not have too many campers, I may suggest moving them to another site.
All our camping cost and reservation information is contained in the attachment to this email. After reading everything, please contact us again if you have any questions or want to make a reservation. A private site is $28 per night for two; the group site rate is $8.50 per person per night. There are still some private sites available.
What has happened is that the Tough Mudder event at Mount Snow and the Triumph motorcycle weekend are both falling on the same weekend, May 30th and 31st.
Once our sites are full, we will have to limit our numbers to avoid overcrowding.
We hope we can help you.
