I also just googled Steel Steeds, and their website makes it sound like the Google Maps suggestion that they were permanently closed was an error. I dropped them an email to see, as this is the best motorcycle campground we have ever used! Anyone traveling through PA and looking for a place to sleep would be wise to check them out. Drive right down and camp on the bank of the river, as it is cool and shady. Very inexpensive, the showers are just the right balance of clean enough (a guy runs the place), and they have a huge bonfire ring to sit by and shoot the breeze with other riders who are also passing through. The May's Drive In just north of the campground is a decent place for breakfast, and just across the river is Lewisburg, home of Bucknell College.

I just received an email from Steel Steeds telling me that they are indeed open. They were closed for a week due to flooding, but they are back up and running. Highly recommended if anyone needs a great campground in PA.

Either:
1- You accidentally posted on the wrong site.

Or

2- You have no heart.

Sevy - Just how much snow is left around you, I think my summer house is close to you. I'm in Caroga Lake. Not coming up until the snow is gone though. I have had to have my roof shoveled twice this winter.

Several feet left, and frozen harder than the hubs of hell.
I store my bikes in North Creek, and they won't be coming out any too soon. The frost heaves in the Adirondacks are the worst they have been in years, and sand and salt everywhere. This week's forecast sounds cold again, so the long warm thawing and rain we need to clean up the roads is still somewhere in the future.
I am happy for the sledding crowd, as they have had some pretty lousy winters lately, and have finally gotten to ride their machines (if they hadn't already given up and sold them).
Still, time for motorcycle season now, please!
