Bennington Triumph Bash

Well reservation is made. Now need to decide what to do on Friday. Short ride? Long ride? Looking for ideas from my usual cohorts and any one else who would like to join. For those of you who may not be familiar a few of us usually do a good ride on Friday usually in the 300 to 400 mile range. Last year got cut short because of the threat of rain and we only did around 200 or less. Years past we have done Rte 100 to the top with a stop at the Canadian border, a 5 state ride hitting NY, CT, MA, NH and of course VT. The first year I did a solo ride up through the center of the Adirondaks. We sometimes make it back for the BBQ and sometimes just seem to get back at the end of the BBQ. Matt you coming this year or you gonna be a wuss again?

I think I will ride around with Brian & Jeff and visit the ice cream shops.

Matt you don't need any more ice cream . A long ride will do you good. Going to have to hook up soon. Tis that time of year again.

Got my vstrom all apart. I'm putting in aux lights and a Stebel horn. I'm thinking of selling the Tiger. I'll decide in a couple of weeks. Just love the Vstrom.

Sounds like a good plan Matt....ice cream is always worth stopping for....get that Vee back together....I think I'll bring my 800XC as he did a fine job in WV last fall

I'm also up for whatever but I will say I've never been on a ride (long or short) that I couldn't work ice cream in one way or the other. heck, they even sell it at gas stations now.lol

That will only work if they sell ice cream at the gas station.

I know a REAL good ice cream place. But it is in NH Matt so you can't go . Also if you sell your Tiger you can't come any more. This is a Triumph rally .
