Dreamland sauce is fantastic, but the meat was more tender in germany and mexico. But, it could have been horse meat, or donkey.

I have noticed on occasion that the meat could have been more tender. I think it has to do with the volume they move. They don't seem to have time to let it cook as long as is needed to get it to the falling off the bone point.

It takes more time, but boiling the ribs before they go on the grill makes them more tender.

Damn Red Neck why in the hell would you boil a piece of pork urghhhhhhhhhhhh. I guess I am going to have to come back down there and have a rib cookin class and you get to sit up front. Smoked pork will fall of the bone and there is no good reason to boil it thank God I am from Alabama . Now beef ribs you boil so they aren't like chewing on a radial.

There is more than one way to skin a cat.
Just because you don't know how to boil pork, doesn't mean that it is always wrong.

Would you believe that I get some of the juiciest, most tender pork ever, baking it in an oven?

I have had some really good food from a smoker, but I have never worked at learning how to use one.

Make a deal with you....I will sit in on your morning class, if you will sit in my afternoon class.

Deal I have never had boiled anything but WTF its vacation and I will be hungover enough to try anything . I am not much of a welder but I have conections and I have a smoker made out of a 500 gallon propane tank I can cook the whole hog but I dont have a stove big enough to find a pot big enough to boil it LOL. I just hope that we dont get mobbed by people at the camp ground when we start grilling BBQ . I get this picture in my mind with strange people standing in a line with napkins down the shirt and fork and knife in hand.
