Head's up on camping at Greenwood

I just mailed my check for the bunk room. My buddies and I stayed there our first year at the Bash. An easy walk to carry some beverages up to the campsite to socialize, but then a dry and clean room to sleep in with a toilet and shower just down the stairs. Only $36 per night, sheets and towels included.
Love the whole hostel idea, and would love to open one myself someday that caters to long distance bikers. A repair shop downstairs for riders to use as needed, some bunk rooms upstairs with some showers, and a place to put up some tents for those so inclined. Also a big raised fire ring with some chairs and benches around it. I'm sure I'd meet some great and interesting people running a place like that up in the Adirondacks. I've got 50 acres near North Creek and Gore Mtn., so maybe someday?

That's a great idea. Could be a popular moto destination. There's a small inn in southern Vermont that's very motorcycle friendly and thus does a lot of motorcycle business, but your concept is way more interesting than just a typical small hotel/B&B.

You could also talk to businesses like MotoVermont about collaboration opportunities.

Aired out the tent and sleeping bag today. Tomorrow I clean the bike and lube the chain. Thursday is a full day meander to the campsite. My first BTB and I can't wait.
