I think a bunch of us CT riders are still trying to decide whether we are camping or staying in town. Last years 24 hour rain event took some of the fun out of the camping experience, but we'll see. likely outcome, we end up camping again after the hotels all get booked up. Either way, I'm looking forward to the 2013 BTB and seeing everyone again this year.

I've done it both ways - Paradise for the first few years, camped last year. It's nice to have a hotel to crash in and to walk to if you visit the downtown for drinks. A bunch of us grabbed a taxi from the campground, though, and that was a nice compromise. Hotel's warmer, campground's camping which is its own reward and it's a nice bunch up there. Rockers are good hosts at their site. You pick your poison. If going the hotel route, it seems like the Paradise is the best of the lot (based on past reviews).
