Thanks again for yet another fantastic Bash. Happy to see that Paul and Robin could make it up and that Robin has been doing well! I'd also like to mention the great job King of Fleece did as the house emcee.

My crew got in some great riding and somehow lucked out with two fantastic days of weather for it, just missing a few bands of rain and driving on a total of less than five miles on wet pavement. Had a mini heart attack when Mike almost turned the Tiger into a yard sale on Tracy Road behind Rachael and I who were rapidly decreasing the usable mileage of the sides of our tires.

The food was great again, and hopefully we can manage a larger room for dinner next year with more people included as well.

Had a very wet ride back to Massachusetts with my dad and Dave on his Bonnie Black. When I got a few towns away from home it turned into torrential downpours with localized flooding and atrocious visibility. Luckily all made it safely home and are looking forward to next year already.

Thanks again for such a brilliant event, glad to be a part of it.

Another great time! I'd also love to see a room big enough to accommodate all that wish to attend the dinner. I hate to see people turned away from the full experience. Always great to see friends from prior years and make new ones as well. Sad to see some familiar faces weren't there this year. Looking forward to 2016 already. Scot

Thank YOU, Jeff, for your help! I agree, it was a great time and went very smoothly. And we'll be reserving the large room at Mt Anthony way ahead of time for the 2016 Bash.

I had a very wet, cold ride back home as well. Brr! Who'd have thought the last day of May would be soaking wet and in the 40s...

It's events like this that make a persons life rich. The time spent with you all and the riding together kept me giggling all the way home during my very wet ride home. It was worth it though. See you all next year. Or maybe at the Northeast European Motorcycle Rally come late July.
Thank you again, John

Yeah it was a terrific rally this year. Great job Paul, Mark, Robin and of course Alan.

Funny story. Back before they started selling Yuenglings in New England, Alan would bring up a six pack from PA in his saddlebags to share with me and some others. Now that I can get it locally here in CT (still not sure about VT) that is no longer necessary, but it goes to show the kind of dedication and teamwork we have among our organizers. I mean who else would be crazy enough to deliver a six pack of beer 400 miles away on a bike?

Gotta love those crazy triumph riders!

Thank you! Thank You! Thank you! Great time as usual. Thanks for leading our Friday ride Jim Hamlin and thanks to DeVee for the Dirty Ride adventure on Saturday. Thanks to Mother Nature for the day long bike wash on the way home. We could have used a few more degrees on the temperature side though.

For the record, that's David (pronounced Daveed -- German mother). He was recounting the adventures tonight at Burlington Bike Night and was impressed at how well the Scramblers handled the hero sections.

This is my favorite weekend of the year. One I already look forward to the Monday after I just washed the bike of the BTB grime. A hearty thank you to Mark and Allan for their hard work, and to Paul and Robin for being the reason it all started, and it all continues! You're all great people. I was new to this shindig 4 years ago, and unless I'm dead, I don't see me missing one....EVER!!!

All of my new Thunderbird "recruits" were so impressed with the BTB, the people, the place, the friendships, that they'll ALL be back! You've all created a wonderful event, and I'm just glad I can be a part of it.

Jamie

PS - Mark/Allan - let me know how I can help for next year!!

Thanks for the update Mark! I missed that completely. The two Davids are much better dirt riders than me with lots of dirt bike experience but I did OK riding with them. David is right the Scrams held up well. I need better tires for those roads though. My Kenda 761's were too worn down to get bite on the turns and curves in the gravel. I already miss riding with everyone.

You'll be pleased to know that you guys have got David looking at Scramblers now (or a Scramblerized Bonnie)…

+1 on the thanks!

We had a great time and look forward to next year. But, next year she's not allowed to dump her America on the way home. I've made that perfectly clear to her. :)

Man! I hope her and the bike are ok.
I wanted to tell her thank you for the Bonneville mug, even if the crowd shamed her into giving it to me. :)
It was great to meet you guys . Maybe we can hook up for a ride some time . (we are almost neighbors you know)
Already looking forward to next year.

Oh and great job as usual, on keeping this thing going you guys :plusone:

As long as she is ok, (the wife that is). If something should happen to the America, another 'Bird would definitely be welcomed.
