Good choice. That was Robin's grandfather's favorite restaurant. He lived to be 100 years young. Amazing man. I think the secret was the food at the Den.

Don't forget Full Bellies Deli right down from The Paradise. Great place for breakfast that you can walk to if you stay in town.

I remember quite a bit of focus on ice cream during last year's Tiger ride. Are you willing to do a 230 mile round trip to get to one of the top 50 ice cream parlors in the US located in Manchester?

Ben and Jerrys factory is not in Manchester, but rather in Waterbury. The tour is interesting, and the thimble sized samples at the end tasty. There is a shorter option, and their ice cream is probably the best in the capital district region:

Their food is also good for a lunch stop, as are their homemade pies.

One of my favorites in Manchester is Zoe's. Try the meatloaf sandwich and the homemade potato chips!

Those of you doing an Adirondack ride might like this one if you are near Wadhams:

or this one if you are near Speculator:

Finally, a nice ice cream stand near Ticonderoga:

Safe riding and happy eating!

Ben and Jerry's is one of the top 50 also. The one in Manchester is also in the top 50. I guess they do one for each state.

The one in Manchester is in Manchester, NH, not Manchester, VT.
