Greeting from Peru

Postby TonUp » Tue Jul 26, 2011 8:32 pm

We Toured Lima Peru for two nights and stayed at the Miraflores district. COSTA VERDE!!!

Arrived in Nasca yesterday, The staff at the hotel sang Janet happy bday and cake too during breakfast this morning then we beat them with a stick the way Mark likes it.

We just had and awesome dinner and lots of beer. the people in Peru are extremely friendly and polite and very hard working.

I would like a new job and about 3 months off and more traveling. This is so frigging awesome. Cheap too. Our Rooms have been very beautiful.

Wow 3 more hours, grab luggage and head to the bus termnal for a 10 hour bus ride to Cusco

We have taken a ton of great pictures. And we did the Nasca lines airplane tour this afternoon, Amazing! WOW!!!

Love Always!

Tito & Janet

Thank you Alan!

Wished I had a KTM 690 Supermoto to ride here, awesome mountain hairpin roads! No Cops!

In Cusco tonight, it is so beautiful here at 12,500 feet above sea level, the people are great!

Getting up at 5am and heading to Aguas Calientes on the train tomorrow then to Machu Picchu on friday morning if we can get tickets!

No problem Gerry!

Machu Picchu was great! We have taken over 600 pictures so far. Grabbing luggage soon and getting on the Train to Ollantaytambo at 7pm for a 1.5 hour ride. Got a tour guide tomorrow visiting 5 villages on the way back to Cusco. Great Beer!

I was in Peru over the weekend! I went looking around but didn't see you guys :( . So I gave up and rode over to Sunday River instead.

Over 1,000 pictures so far.

Flying out of Lima Peru around midnight tonight, our flight was delayed, hope to be home by 3pm tomorrow. Yeah! Awesome Trip!
